Q: What is the purpose of this site?

When a customer is interested in a Vaultek item that a retail store does not have in stock, the product can be ordered and shipped directly to the customer while allowing the store to still capture the sale.
Q: What do I need to do get an account?
A:
Use the registration link here to register an account. You must have an existing valid wholesale account to register for a dropshipper account.
Q: I do not have an existing wholesale account, can I still use this portal?
A:
For security purposes, all accounts must be backed by an existing wholesale account. To apply for a wholesale account, please visit Become a dealer to request access.
Q: How does the registration process work? Where do I enter my other information?
A:
When you provide your existing wholesale account credentials, it is checked against your account on the server. If valid, your existing information will be used to create your new dropshipper account automatically. You can then use your existing wholesale credentials to log into the portal.
Q: How many accounts can I have?
A:
Only one account can be created per store.
Q: Why is a second portal needed? Can't I just use the existing wholesale portal?
A:
Dropship orders have different pricing and shipping rates. This portal has also been designed to be better organized and streamlined specifically for dropship ordering.
Q: Why are the prices so different?
A:
To cover the cost of shipping, dropship product prices are 10% higher than wholesale prices. In addition, accessories and certain lower end safes have an additional shipping fee, this will be displayed next to the price where applicable.
Q: How can tracking information be sent to the customer?
A:
When filling out the shipping information for an order, provide an email address in the last field. When the order ships, an email with the tracking information will be automatically emailed to the address provided. Please enter only 1 email address. Multiple email addresses will be ignored and result in the tracking information not being sent.
Q: How will I be billed for orders created this way?

Q: I would like to sell Vaultek items on my website, how can I accomplish that?
A:

Q: I was informed I have a credit on my account, can it be used here?
A:
No, credits can only be applied to wholesale orders.
